Transmission solutions for more mobility

VDS Driveline GmbH specializes in the manufacture of complex gearboxes and drive systems. We focus on specific niche applications and their customers.

We supply ready-to-install systems including electronic controls with coordinated interface solutions.

VDS Driveline GmbH can of course also manufacture and supply assemblies and modules. Some examples here are planetary gearboxes, clutch units, pumps and the like …!

We use modular assemblies and components in our gearbox solutions. This enables us to achieve higher quantities in the core components and therefore competitive manufacturing costs. These in turn secure economic advantages for our customers.

The possible delivery quantities range from batch size 1 to several hundred units per year.

The process from development and prototype construction to series assembly is based on the high level of expertise and many years of experience of our assembly staff, who are involved in the development process of our products at an early stage.

In close cooperation with manufacturing partners, we have specialized in small to medium quantities. From batch size 1 to several hundred units per year, we stand by our customers.

Our flexible company structure enables us to respond efficiently to special requirements. A well-organized procurement and logistics system, highly trained and experienced employees in assembly and extensive testing of systems on our end-of-line test benches guarantee the best product quality.
