VTP1500 – Variable drive system for shredders
The proven power splitting technology in a new application – VMG1500 for driving shredder shafts!
This increases the efficiency of your machines by more than 20% compared to hydrostatic drives!
The speed of the shredder shaft is infinitely variable, with optimum efficiency and wear-free acceleration. The shredder shafts are started up and reversed purely hydrostatically. Switching to power-split operation takes place at synchronous speed without interrupting the drive power.
At the main operating point, the shredder shafts are driven purely mechanically, thus achieving the best efficiency!
A quick-stop function is integrated via adjustable slipping torques on the multi-plate clutches.
